Mattia Verona is an experienced industrial and manufacturing platform manager at Brembo, overseeing the industrialization of brake rotors and driving continuous improvement across six plants globally. With a strong background in process engineering and cost management, Mattia has effectively led multi-cultural teams to optimize production performance and energy consumption. Previous roles include program engineer, NVH methodologies engineer, and structural designer, where responsibilities encompassed project management, technical development, and international collaboration. Mattia holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and possesses expertise in customer care and communication from earlier work experiences.
