Elijah Yun previously worked as an associate for a firm dealing primarily with construction and business litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants. During Mr. Yun’s time with his previous employer, he second chaired for the principal attorney in arbitration and mediation. He also had the opportunity to try a case on his own and successfully secured a judgment for his client.
Mr. Yun graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in psychology and received his J.D. from Washington & Lee School of Law in Lexington, Virginia. During law school, Mr. Yun participated in the Virginia Capital Case Clearinghouse which serves as a litigation resource for lawyers representing defendants facing the death penalty in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Yun was born and raised in Orange County, California despite going to law school in Virginia.
