Jason S. DiGioia

Jason DiGioia is an associate with Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP in the firm’s Walnut Creek office. Mr. DiGioia has proudly been employed with Bremer Whyte since 2007. After starting in the Newport Beach office, Mr. DiGioia moved to Northern California to assist in establishing the Oakland office. His practice is concentrated on all aspects of civil litigation, including construction defect, personal injury, and general liability matters. Mr. DiGioia defends construction professionals in Northern California in complex and large-scale matters involving multi-family residential developments and single-family homes.

Born and raised in Orange County, Mr. DiGioia graduated from the University of California, Irvine, double majoring in Criminology, Law & Society, and Psychology. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School, where he was a senior member of the Journal of Child and Family Advocacy and earned the Outstanding Research Article: Best Paper award for his article submission to the journal. He was also a member of the Public Interest Law Foundation. Mr. DiGioia also earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for achieving the top rank in Employment Law and Professional Skills: Litigation courses. Mr. DiGioia is admitted to the State Bar of California.
