Jennifer D. Golanics

Jennifer Golanics attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where she earned a Juris Doctorate and Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology.

During law school, Ms. Golanics received the CALI Award in Legal Research and Writing and was recognized for her community service efforts through the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada (LACSN), Surrogate Parent Initiative, where she advocated for children with disabilities in foster care. Further, Ms. Golanics completed externships for the Public Defender Juvenile Division, Clark County School District and Justice and District Court Judges Melissa Saragosa, Diana Sullivan, and Cheryl Moss.

Prior to joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, Ms. Golanics practiced in the areas of labor and employment law, family law, contract law, and commercial litigation. Ms. Golanics is actively involved in providing pro bono legal services to the community. Through LACSN, Ms. Golanics represents abused and neglected children who are placed in foster care and provides consultations as a part of the Federal, Small Business, Family, and Veteran Ask-A-Lawyer programs. For the past five years, Ms. Golanics has been honored by LACSN for providing over 100 hours of Pro Bono service per year.
