Lindsey J. Wells is an Associate Attorney in the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. She has a wide range of knowledge in General Civil Litigation including personal injury, catastrophic loss, wrongful death, product liability, premises liability, and general negligence.
Ms. Wells graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. She earned her Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude from Western State College of Law in Irvine, CA. During her time in law school, she was invited to be an honors member of the Western State College of Law’s Honors Law Review and the Western State College of Law’s Honor Moot Court Team. She authored “Bostock v. Clayton County: Analyzing How the Supreme Court’s Decision Weakened the Pursuit of Transgender Individual Rights” and became a National Semi-Finalist in the BMI /Cardozo Entertainment and Communications Law Moot Court Competition.
Ms. Wells started at Bremer Whyte Brown and O’Meara in 2019 while attending law school, transitioning from a file clerk to a law clerk before starting her current role as an Associate Attorney for the firm. She is an active member of the Orange County Lavender Bar Association, California Women Lawyers Association, and Orange County Women Lawyers Association.
