Timothy G. McNulty

Mr. McNulty has 25 years of experience as a civil litigator including jury and bench trials on cases involving serious bodily injury claims including products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and toxic tort litigation. Mr. McNulty has also represented commercial property owners in land/lord tenant litigation and defense of American Disability Access claims. Mr. McNulty has extensive experience in appellate court matters having conducted numerous civil appeals and previously performing a judicial externship with Justice Gilbert Nares at California Court of Appeal (4th District Division One) and serving as a law clerk in the appellate department of the California State Attorney General’s Office in San Diego. Mr. McNulty has served as a judge pro tem in San Diego Superior Court, North County Branch.
