Linda Litlekalsøy Aase has held various board member and executive positions in multiple companies. Linda started their career in 2016 as the Chairman of the Board at Aker Solutions AS. Linda then went on to serve as the Executive Vice President of Brownfield Projects at Aker Solutions ASA from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Aker Solutions as the Executive Vice President of Electrification Modifications & Maintenance. From 2017 to 2020, Linda also served as a Board Member in Norsk Industri Olje & Gass and Aker Powergas Private Limited. In 2017, they became a Board Member at Enova SF and SalMar. Linda later became the CEO of SalMar ASA from May 2022 to November 2022. Linda also holds the position of a Board Member at Aker Carbon Capture and Eksfin - Eksportfinansiering Norge, starting from 2021 and 2023 respectively.
In November 2023, Linda Litlekalsøy Aase will be appointed as the CEO/Konsernsjef of Bremnes Seashore.
Linda Litlekalsøy Aase completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Metallurgy from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1985 to 1989. In 1992, they pursued further education at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), where they obtained a degree in Business Economics with a focus on Macro Economics, which they completed in 1995. In 1994-1995, Linda attended BI Bergen to study Project Management. Later, in 2008-2009, they obtained a certification in Coaching from Ringom Instituttet, becoming a Certified Coach.
