Jessica Lam

Jessica Lam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications, strategic planning, and operations management. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Communications and Strategy at the Brennan Center for Justice, Jessica focuses on driving systemic change towards justice through impactful communications. Jessica previously held the role of Strategic Planning and Operations Officer at the International Rescue Committee, where responsibilities included managing high-value fundraising projects and implementing change management processes. At New York University, Jessica served as Administrative Director, overseeing budget management, human resources, and academic programming. Additional experience includes roles at the NYU Game Center, NYU School of Law, and MediaRadar, Inc., showcasing a diverse skill set in project management and customer service. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in British and American Literature, both from New York University.
