Michelle Dobrusin

Michelle Dobrusin, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at the Brennan Center for Justice since November 2015, Michelle has also held positions as Senior Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Arizona State University as a Program Associate in the Institute for Humanities Research and held roles at Drew University as Complex Residence Director and The College of New Jersey as Adjunct Faculty in Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies. Educationally, Michelle holds a Master's degree in Women’s and Gender Studies from Arizona State University and The Ohio State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Women's and Gender Studies from The College of New Jersey.
