Amanda D. Moore

Amanda D. Moore, CPM®, has a significant amount of experience in property management. Amanda D. has worked at Brennan Investment Group since 2020, starting as a Senior Property Manager and later being promoted to Vice President Property Management. Prior to that, they worked at NAI Hiffman for over a decade as a Senior Property Manager, overseeing a large portfolio of commercial industrial properties. Amanda D. also managed an on-site office with a staff of four. Earlier in their career, they worked at Unico Properties, LLC as a Tenant Services Coordinator, ensuring the timely completion of maintenance requests and compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, they briefly worked as an Administrative Assistant at Wilbur-Ellis Company in 2008.

Amanda D. Moore, CPM®, pursued their education at the College of DuPage from 2011 to 2017, where they obtained their Associate of Arts degree in Real Estate/Business. Prior to that, they attended Solano Community College from 1999 to 2004 and again from 1998 to 2001, although no degrees or fields of study were specified during those periods. Furthermore, Amanda has also earned additional certifications, including a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a Real Estate Broker license from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
