Mark Saunders

Mark Saunders currently serves as the Head of Service Delivery Management at Brennan since October 2023. Prior to this role, Saunders spent seven years at NTT Ltd. as a Client Delivery Director, overseeing two large accounts in the Enterprise Services sector. From 2009 to 2023, Saunders held the position of Client Delivery Director at Dimension Data, where responsibilities included managing a team of Client Service Managers and earning the Emerging Leader of the Year award in 2012. Earlier career experience includes leading sales and operations at Essense Hospitality Solutions and various roles at Trilogy Computer Systems, focusing on service delivery and business development. Mark Saunders holds a Master of Arts in Economics and Management from the University of St Andrews, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
