Purnima Nair

Purnima Nair currently serves as the Country Lead - People & Culture Business Partnering for India and Sri Lanka at Brennan, starting in March 2024. In this role, Purnima is responsible for developing and implementing talent strategies to enhance talent attraction, retention, and performance, while providing advisory and consulting services to senior leadership regarding talent matters. Prior to this, Purnima held key positions including Head of Talent Management at Inspira Enterprise and Human Resources Head at Sify Technologies Limited. Purnima's career also includes leadership roles in human resources at Ingram Micro and AGS Transact Technologies Ltd, alongside experience in recruitment at Lakshya Management Services Pvt. Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Senior Executive Development degree in Human Resources Development from XLRI Jamshedpur, a Master of Commerce in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Mumbai, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Development from Welingkar Institute of Management.
