Paul Fangman is currently the Director of Supply Chain at ALTIVIA since September 2022. Prior to this role, Paul worked at ExxonMobil for over a decade, serving as the Americas Control Tower Implementation Manager and Supply Planning Supervisor. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University, Paul has extensive experience in leading supply planning activities, production planning, raw materials planning, and executing major global projects in the lubricant manufacturing industry.
