Kristina Lynn Mueller

Kristina Lynn Mueller has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kristina Lynn began their career as an Assistant to the CEO at Kumpan electric (e-bility GmbH) from September 2010 to July 2011. Kristina Lynn then worked at recruiting agencies, starting as a Consultant at Page Personnel from March 2012 to June 2013, followed by a role as a Managing Consultant from July 2013 to June 2016, and later as a Manager from July 2016 to August 2017.

After their time in recruitment, Kristina joined Robert Half as a Division Manager from September 2017 to May 2018, where they focused on launching a new business line and managing key accounts. Kristina Lynn then worked at innogy Consulting GmbH as a Manager Talent Recruiting from June 2018 to January 2019, and later as a Senior Manager Talent Recruiting from February 2019 to September 2020.

Currently, Kristina is employed at Brenntag, a global leader in the chemical and ingredient products industry. Kristina Lynn initially joined as a Global Project Manager Recruiting & HR Marketing in October 2020 and worked until March 2022. Following that, they took on the role of Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding from April 2022 to the present.

Additionally, Kristina has been appointed as the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Director at Brenntag since November 2023. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in talent acquisition, HR marketing, project management, and diversity and inclusion.

Kristina Lynn Mueller attended the International School of Management in Germany from 2006 to 2010, where they received a Diploma in International Business Administration and Management. In 2009 to 2010, they also studied at UADE, focusing on International Business Administration and Management. Additionally, in 2007 to 2008, they studied at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), specializing in International Business Administration and Management.
