Priscilla Baffour

Priscilla Baffour serves as the Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Strategy Director at Unilever since April 2023. With a strong commitment to diversity, Priscilla is also a Cultural Advisory Council Member at ITV and the Founder of We Do Diversity, a role held since March 2017. Previously, leadership positions included Head of Global Diversity and Inclusion at TikTok, Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at the Financial Times, and Head of Diversity & Inclusion at ITN. Priscilla has contributed to talent and diversity initiatives at Channel 4 and has held various roles at Media Trust. An alumna of the University of Bedfordshire, Priscilla holds a BA (Hon) in Journalism & Media Performance.
