Tomasz Marcinkiewicz

Tomasz Marcinkiewicz is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in transformation, internal auditing, and risk management. Currently serving as Senior Controller for Transformation at Brenntag since August 2022, Tomasz oversees initiatives aimed at achieving a sustainable annual contribution of 220 million EUR in additional operating EBITDA. Prior to this role, Tomasz was the Head of Finance at Antler, where fundamental involvement in launching an early-stage VC fund and managing investment operations was crucial. At Flint Group, Tomasz held multiple roles between April 2013 and January 2020, including Finance Manager for the Transformation Office, where oversight of a significant EBITDA contribution was provided. Other positions include Corporate Development Manager and Senior Internal Auditor at Flint Group, Group Risk Manager/Controller at Elster Group SE, and Internal Auditor at Hewlett-Packard, as well as an intern at Deloitte. Tomasz holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Banking from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
