Torsten Walz

Torsten Walz has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Torsten is currently the Global President Pharma and Senior Vice President of Strategy and M&A at Brenntag Specialties, a division that focuses on ingredients and value-added services for industries such as nutrition, pharma, water treatment, and personal care. Prior to their current position, they held various leadership roles within Brenntag Nordic Group, including President and Chief Operating Officer. Torsten also served as the Managing Director of Brenntag Nordic AB and Brenntag Nordic A/S. Additionally, Torsten has experience in the pharmaceutical industry as the Managing Director of Brenntag Biosector, a developer and manufacturer of innovative adjuvants for vaccines. Torsten started their career as the CEO of Branch, Corp. Development, and Risk Manager at Metallgesellschaft AG Group. Before joining Brenntag, they were a Managing Partner at e-partners St. Gallen AG in Switzerland.

Torsten Walz obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Administration from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau in 1996.
