Ryan Crawford is a highly experienced culinary professional, currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Brentwood Country Club since June 2023. Previously, Ryan held the position of Executive Chef at Red Car Brewery & Restaurant from August 2021 to June 2023 and at Oceana Santa Monica, LXR Hotels & Resorts from September 2019 to August 2021. Additional roles include serving as Director of Food and Beverage and Sous Chef at Viceroy Hotel Group between December 2017 and September 2019, as well as Jr. Sous Chef at Terranea Resort from August 2010 to December 2017. Ryan's culinary education includes an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Pasadena (2008-2010) and a High School Diploma from Palos Verdes High School (2003-2007).
