Sergio Fernandez is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Brentwood Country Club since June 2024. Previously, Sergio held the Director of Food and Beverage role at Hotel Casa Del Mar from September 2022 to June 2024 and worked as Palma General Manager at Proper Hospitality from February 2022 to August 2022. With a solid background at Griffin Club Los Angeles as Director of Food and Beverage from July 2015 to January 2022, Sergio also served as Food and Beverage Manager at Santa Ana Country Club for a year in 2014-2015. Early career roles included Restaurant Manager at HOTEL MARIA CRISTINA and Restaurant Supervisor at The Carriage Club. Sergio earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Culinary and Hospitality Institute of Biarritz in France, completing the program in 2011.
