Joel Everest

Joel Everest is an attorney with extensive experience in securities litigation, currently practicing at Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. since February 2014. The focus of Joel Everest's practice is on defending brokerage firms and financial institutions against customer claims in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings nationwide. Prior to this role, Joel Everest practiced law at Maynard Cooper & Gale from September 2009 to February 2014. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from The University of Alabama School of Law (2006-2009) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Criminal Justice from The University of Alabama (2002-2006).
