Stephen Shine

Stephen Shine is a Principal at Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., where Stephen serves as the Co-Chair of the Securities Regulatory Practice Group. Prior to this role, Stephen worked for over 30 years at Prudential Financial, holding positions such as Chief Regulatory Counsel and Senior Vice President/Senior Regulatory Counsel at Prudential Securities Incorporated. Stephen also has experience as a Trial Attorney in the Criminal Division - Fraud Section at the U.S. Department of Justice. Stephen earned their Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Fordham University School of Law.
