Lauren Rineer

Lauren serves Brethren Village as the Resident & Community Life Administrator who oversees the social work department for Residential Living. She and her team are responsible for orienting new Residents, maintaining emergency and medical records for Residential Living, assisting Residents with aging in place and moving to a higher level of care when warranted. She is passionate about providing health education programs for Residents that includes Medicare Open Enrollment and mental health awareness and support. Lauren holds an undergraduate degree from Penn West University and a master’s in social work from Temple University. Lauren is a licensed social worker in the state of Pennsylvania and is a certified trauma therapist.
