Erin Sharkey

Erin Sharkey, MS, BCBA, LBA, is a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. Currently contracted as a Behavior Analyst for Little Elm Independent School District, Erin Sharkey coordinates caseloads, conducts Functional Behavior Assessments, and trains staff on Behavior Intervention Plans. As the Co-Founder and Vice President of Compassion Cafe LBI and CEO of Sharkey Behavioral Health, Erin Sharkey provides a range of consultations and training services, emphasizing community support and skills development for clients and families. Erin Sharkey has also served as a Director of Social Skills at Brett DiNovi & Associates, leading a large team and innovating remote service delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Special Education from Liberty University.
