Richard Baldry

Richard Baldry has had a diverse and successful career in the construction industry. Richard currently serves as the Managing Director at Brett Landscaping Ltd. Prior to this, they were the General Manager at Aggregate Industries UK, where they successfully turned around the Charcon Construction Solutions business and led a multi-site operation with a team of over 150 people. Richard also held the position of Overseas Commercial Director at Aggregate Industries, where they were responsible for the commercial strategy and sales of aggregates in various international markets. Richard has also served as the Commercial Director at Lytag Ltd and held various roles at CEMEX, including Regional Director, Project Director for their China business, and Director-General Manager. Richard began their career as a Director at BBS (Brick & Stone) Ltd, contributing to the company's significant growth. Before that, they were the Sales Director at Polypipe.

Richard Baldry attended Wallington County Grammar School from 1974 to 1983, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Richard later enrolled at Leeds Beckett University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies.
