Frank Fattorusso

Frank Fattorusso began their work experience as a HR Generalist intern at Mortgage Network Solutions, LLC in 2014. Frank then progressed to roles such as HR Coordinator at YMCA Raritan Valley and HR Generalist at iconectiv. Moving into the field of compensation, Frank worked as a Compensation Analyst at IEEE before transitioning to roles at Lazard, starting as a Compensation Associate and eventually becoming Vice President Compensation. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Global Compensation at Brevan Howard since 2023.

Frank Fattorusso completed their High School Diploma in Business Administration and Management at Manalapan High School in 2010. Frank then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Rutgers University, graduating in 2014. In 2022, Frank obtained a Compensation Studies Certificate from Cornell University, in addition to certifications in Microsoft Power BI Boot Camp from Cprime, Inc.
