Kristin Diaz

Kristin Diaz possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Manager and previously holding the roles of Human Resources Director and Sr. HR Generalist at Grand Harbor Golf and Beach Club since August 2017. Kristin also serves as Sr. Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Brevard Health Alliance, Inc. since November 2015, administering comprehensive benefit programs. Prior roles span HR management and generalist positions at various companies including Indian River Terminal, Comcast Cable, and Mercedes Homes, where Kristin developed and implemented HR strategies, managed employee relations and benefits programs, and conducted recruitment processes. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is pursuing a Master's in HR Management from the University of Phoenix, complemented by an Associate degree in Business Administration from Corning Community College.
