Emilio Chalita began their professional career in 1992 as a Land Owner for the Mitla Carrizal Master Plan. In 2005, they became an Industrial Engineer for Tecnológico de Monterrey. In 2014, they co-founded Talenthow and Milo Corporation SA de CV, and in 2015 they became the Head of Development LATAM for Brevitas. In 2016, they founded Agualu and is currently the General Manager for Talenthow and Founder of Agualu. Additionally, they are an artista plastico, as seen on their website www.emiliochalita.com.
Emilio Chalita has a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they obtained between 2005 and 2010. Emilio then pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Universidad de Guadalajara between 2015 and 2016. In 2018, they obtained a Master's degree in Desarrollo Directivo, Inteligencia Emocional y Coaching from EAE Business School. In 2007, they also attended the University of Sydney.
