Bethany Roberson

Bethany Roberson is a dedicated education and mental health professional with a diverse background in counseling and program management. Currently serving as a School Counselor at Ramona Unified School District since August 2020, Bethany has previously held similar roles at Pender County Schools and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where responsibilities included fostering connections among students, staff, families, and the community while improving school culture. As a Brand Ambassador at Brewco Marketing Group since 2013, involvement included engaging consumers and training new staff. Bethany’s career also features experience as a Program Manager at Alexander Youth Network, where effective crisis intervention and individualized treatment approaches were essential. With a Master's Degree in School Counseling from the University of Tennessee at Martin and further certifications in personal training, Bethany combines educational expertise with a commitment to improving student well-being.
