Chad Crooks

Chad Crooks possesses extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Director of Food and Global Head of Food at BrewDog since May 2019. Prior to this role, Chad worked at Red Dog Restaurants from October 2015 to March 2018, where responsibilities included Operations Director and Group Executive Chef. Earlier in the career, Chad held the position of Area Operations Chef at Scotsman Hospitality (G1 Group) from April 2011 to November 2015.
