El Brennan

El Brennan is an experienced hospitality professional currently working as a Duty Manager and Keyholder at BrewDog since August 2021. Previously, El held the position of Junior Manager at wagamama from March 2022 to July 2022 and served as a Teaching Assistant at HAYESFIELD GIRLS' SCHOOL from August 2021 to July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as FOH at Oak Restaurant Bath and Waiting and Bar Staff at The Bath Pub Company. El Brennan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Development and Sustainability from Bath Spa University, completing studies from 2019 to 2023.
