Michelle Tiller

Michelle Tiller is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as a People Partner at Brewhouse & Kitchen since April 2022, Michelle focuses on creating a people-first culture. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Millstream Management Services and various positions at Tesco, including Convenience People Partner and Personnel Manager Metro, spanning over 15 years. Previous experience also includes serving as Personnel and Training Manager at Sainsbury's. Michelle holds a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice from Bournemouth and Poole College and is a graduate of The Grange School in Christchurch.
