Kunal Khosla

Kunal Khosla is an industry professional with extensive experience in customer success management, holding the position of Manager of Customer Success at Brex since July 2024. Previously, Kunal served as Senior Manager of Customer Success at New Relic, Inc., and held the role of Senior Global Customer Success Manager at Medallia. Earlier career milestones include working in strategic customer success at InVision and serving as Co-Founder of Gabi Life, an online lifestyle apparel brand. Kunal's entrepreneurial ventures also included founding Cool Apparel India. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a BSc in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, complemented by experiences in business development and operations management.
