Pooja Chand

Pooja Chand is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruiting and leadership development across various regions. Currently serving as the GTM Talent Acquisition lead at Brex since April 2025, Pooja previously held significant roles at Block, including Recruiting Lead for Afterpay and Cash App where responsibilities included managing global talent acquisition strategies across multiple regions. Prior to that, Pooja contributed to Afterpay as Recruiting Lead for Corporate & Business Tech, facilitating substantial growth before the company’s acquisition by Block. A recipient of the Talent MVP Award in May 2022, Pooja's career also includes positions at Ajilon, where multiple recruitment functions were overseen, and prior roles in clerical settings at Anderson Creager & Wittstruck and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Pooja holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs & Policy Analysis from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
