Kea Zhang has a wealth of experience in UX, product, and localisation. Kea began their career in 2013 as a User Experience Intern at Bupa, followed by a Usability Consultant role at Explovia. In 2014, they were a UX Consultant at Bunnyfoot, where they worked on client projects such as EDF-Energy, Boots, CITB, Heathrow, UEFA and Royal Academy of Arts. In 2015, they were a UX Designer and Product Manager at VILLOID. From 2016 to 2020, they were at Schibsted Media Group, first as a UX Lead, then Director of Product Management and UX. In 2021, they became the Chief Product Officer at Pickatale - read, listen and learn!, and in 2020 they were a Startup Mentor at Katapult Accelerator. Currently, they are the Head of Product and UX at Breyta.io.
Kea Zhang has a diverse educational background. Kea obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Psychology from The University of Edinburgh between 2009 and 2013. Kea then completed an International Exchange Year in Psychology at UNSW from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they earned a Master's degree in MSc Human-Computer Interaction with Ergonomics from UCL. In October 2020, they achieved a PMC Level I certification from Pragmatic Institute.
