Vananh Nguyen

VanAnh Nguyen has a wealth of experience in organizational development, strategy, and human resources. VanAnh is currently the Head of Organizational Development at BRG Group since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at TÂN HOÀNG MINH Group from March 2021 to August 2022. VanAnh also worked as the Head of Strategy, OD, and Policy at BRG Group from March 2020 to June 2021. Before their time at BRG Group, VanAnh held the position of Head of Strategy, Organization Development & Policy at TNTalent from January 2016 to October 2019. VanAnh began their career at Techcombank (TCB) as the Policy & Strategy Senior Expert/Manager from January 2013 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, they served as the Employee Relations & Org Development Manager at Ngân hàng TMCP Đông Nam Á - SEABANK from February 2011 to February 2013.
