Mary Ostafi

Mary Ostafi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and organizational well-being. Currently serving as Chief Vision Officer and Transformational Coach at Ostafi Group since December 2020, Ostafi is dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential. As a Partner and Executive Leadership Coach at The Dieckert Group, a role held since August 2021, Ostafi utilizes a stakeholder-centered coaching model to foster effective leadership. In addition, Ostafi holds the position of Founding Advisor and Fractional Chief Well-being Officer at FractionX, promoting holistic wellness in organizations. Previous roles include High Performance Coach at Coho, Chief Of Staff to the CEO at Fair Trade USA, Founder and Executive Director of Urban Harvest STL, and various academic positions where Ostafi contributed to sustainability education.
