Erica Iannotti

Erica Iannotti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in energy, technology, and organizational transformation. Currently serving at Deloitte in the Energy, Environment, and Resilience sector since October 2021, Erica plays a pivotal role in evaluating early-stage startups as part of the Investment Committee at Launch NY. As an advisor at Brown University and a coach for MBA teams at Cornell Tech, Erica supports emerging founders with critical business fundamentals. With a strong background in consulting through DaVinci Lab, Erica specializes in strategies for innovation, competitive analysis, and scaling startups. Previous experience includes leadership positions at NYSERDA, where Erica mentored over 150 climate tech startups, and as interim CEO at ThermoReference, resulting in a successful acquisition by a Fortune 50 company. Erica holds an MBA from Cornell University and a B.S. in Technical Leadership from SUNY Empire State College.
