Tom Kelly, MCC

Tom Kelly, MCC has been working in the professional coaching, training and speaking fields since 2002. Tom began their career in 1993 as a Sales Engineer for Contech Construction Products. Tom then moved on to Panduit Corporation, where they held roles as Product Manager, National Account Manager and Marketing Manager. In 2000, they became the Director of Business Development for 3Com. In 2002, they began working for Potential In Motion, Inc. as a Business & Executive Coach, Professional Speaker & Trainer. In 2007, they began working for The Ken Blanchard Companies as a Channel Partner and Professional Trainer. Tom also began working for Brian Tracy International as a Business & Sales Coach. In 2009, they started working for Net Expat as a Consultant and Coach for expatriates relocating for work internationally. In 2012, they began working for Robbins Research International as a Platinum & Master Level Business Results Coach. Finally, in 2018, they began working for Jack Canfield Companies as a Business Coach.

Tom Kelly, MCC obtained their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1989 and 1993. Tom then went on to receive their Coach U Certified Graduate from Coach Inc. in 2002-2003. In 2011, Tom Kelly, MCC obtained their Master Certified Coach (MCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation and became a Member Badge holder of the International Coaching Federation in February 2021.
