Donald Barker

Donald Barker is retired from the Communications Maintenance Bureau of the Memphis Police Department, where he started his career in 1984 and retired in 2012. He is married to Jill and they have four children. His son, Phillip Barker, works on the Briarcrest grounds crew in the Facilities department. He has five grandchildren. He began his career at Briarcrest in 2014 as a part-time Traffic Controller at the south gate and now covers the main gate.
