Nicole Scott

Nicole Scott, a native Memphian, joined the Briarcrest faculty in 2010 to teach math in the High School and moved to the IT Department in 2021 as the Data Information Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Mathematics (2008) and a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction (2013) from the University of Tennessee at Martin, as well as an Ed.S. in Administration & Leadership from Arkansas State University (2020). Before working at Briarcrest, Nicole taught math classes ranging from Algebra 1 to Calculus at Big Sandy School in Benton County. While at Briarcrest, Nicole has taught AP/Honors Statistics, Algebra 2, Algebra & Trig, and Honors/CP/ESS Geometry, worked with the high school marching band, and was the faculty advisor for Briarcrest’s National Honor Society, Key Club and Varsity Swim Team.
