Rikki Postal has a diverse work experience in the recruiting industry. In 2019, Rikki founded Higher Ground, a company dedicated to revolutionizing the corporate recruiting process by focusing on hiring right rather than hiring quickly. Prior to that, Rikki worked as a Staffing/Business Development Supervisor at Bricata, LLC. and as the Head of Recruitment at Roch Systems in 2016. In 2018, Rikki served as the Director of Customer Success at ThreatSwitch. Rikki also has experience as the Director of Business Development at Verus Staffing Solutions LLC from 2015 to 2016.

Rikki Postal pursued their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Maryland. Rikki attended the university from 1988 to 1992, completing their undergraduate education in this field.
