Erin Jewson is an experienced professional with a background in environmental engineering and food science. Currently serving as a Packaging Supervisor and previously as a Packaging Specialist at Waterloo Brewing since February 2021, Erin has developed expertise in the beverage industry. Prior experience includes roles at GHD as an Engineer In Training focusing on air and noise, and various positions at the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, including Junior Land Resource Specialist and Research Assistant. Additional experience includes internships and contract positions at organizations such as J.L. Richards & Associates Limited, Monsanto Company, and Maple Leaf Foods Inc. Erin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering and a Certificate in Food Science from the University of Guelph.
