Vanessa Strait Constandse is a marketing professional with extensive experience in creative strategy and growth leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Growth Creative at Brick since November 2025, Vanessa has previously held positions at WeightWatchers as Associate Manager of Global Performance Creative Strategy and Associate of Digital Creative Strategy. Vanessa's career includes a role in Walt Disney World Marketing Strategy at The Walt Disney Company and involvement with Management Leadership for Tomorrow as a Career Prep Fellow. Notable internship experiences encompass Google, where Vanessa focused on Small Business Sales & Account Strategy, and consultant work at Cornerstone Advisors. Vanessa co-founded TEDxGilbert, overseeing the organization of the inaugural TEDx conference in Gilbert, Arizona. Vanessa holds a Bachelor's degree in American Studies with a concentration in Visual, Audio, Literary, and Performance Cultures from Yale University.
