Dipesh Deshbhratar

Dipesh Deshbhratar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Dipesh started their career as an intern at Rural Center for Human Interest (RUCHI), where they were involved in community development and watershed projects.

Dipesh then interned at ITC Limited (Agri Business Division), gaining exposure to agri-business operations.

Dipesh continued their training at SHOP for Change Fair Trade, working with farmer producer organizations and individual artists to help them bring their produce directly to the market.

Dipesh joined Escorts Limited as an Area Business Manager, where they scouted and formed farmer groups and established Custom Hiring Centers for farm mechanization services. Dipesh was later promoted to State Head, overseeing sales and operations of crop solutions.

In 2019, Dipesh joined EM3 Agriservices Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Manager, responsible for business operations.

Dipesh then joined Toppr, a leading e-learning startup, initially as an Associate General Manager, heading sales and operations in Ahmedabad and Vadodara. Dipesh was later promoted to Deputy General Manager, leading a highly efficient B2C sales team and achieving top performance nationwide.

After BYJU'S acquired Toppr, Dipesh became the Regional Head, focusing on growth in the K12 market in the Gujarat region. Dipesh successfully managed the transition to Aakash Centre Enrolment Sales and played a role in revamping the market in Madhya Pradesh.

Currently, they are working at Brick&Bolt as the City Head of Sales & Operations.

Dipesh Deshbhratar's education history begins in 2008, when they attended Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, where they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, completing their studies in 2012.

In 2013, Dipesh continued their education at the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), where they pursued a PGDRM (Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management), which they completed in 2015.

In 2016, Dipesh obtained several certifications from Coursera Course Certificates. These certifications include Entrepreneurship Capstone, Entrepreneurship: Launching an Innovative Business Specialization (twice), New Venture Finance: Startup Funding for Entrepreneurs, Foundations of Business Strategy, Innovation for Entrepreneurs: From Idea to Marketplace, and Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship.

Most recently, in 2022, Dipesh pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Product Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, which they completed in 2023.
