Pragyananda Mishra has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as a Summer Intern at Steel Authority of India Limited. From there, they worked as a Media Marketer at Herbz International in 2012. In 2013, they joined Tolaram Group, first as a Marketing Manager for Indomie and then as a Branch Manager in the Multipro Division.

In 2014, Pragyananda became the Head of User Acquisition and Brand Management at VConnect.com, where they led a rebranding exercise and developed brand strategies. Pragyananda then moved on to Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd) in 2015, where they held various roles, including Territory Marketing Manager, Territory Manager for Operations and Logistics, and Senior Manager for Operations and Logistics in the West and South regions.

Continuing their career growth, Pragyananda joined foodpanda India in 2017 as the Head of Business Planning for Supply. In 2018, they joined udaan.com as the Regional Business Head and later took on roles as Head of Strategic Initiatives and Head of Category Trade Marketing and Gourmet Business.

Most recently, Pragyananda joined Brick&Bolt in 2022 as the Head of Revenue. Throughout their career, they have achieved significant growth, led teams, and received recognition for their operational excellence and project management skills.

Pragyananda Mishra's education history begins with their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Instrumentation and Electronics Engineering from CET, Bhubaneshwar, which they completed between 2007 and 2011. Pragyananda then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Marketing and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, from 2011 to 2013.

Throughout their education, Pragyananda Mishra also obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills.
