Elisenda Fabrega has a diverse work experience. Elisenda began their career in 2011 as an Accountant at Pastisseria J. Fàbrega. In 2014, they took on a Legal Intern role at ROSS-LGL, where they drafted contracts for the commercial, aeronautical, maritime and data protection fields. In 2016, they became a Legal Intern at Uruñuela Menacho Abogados, where they drafted commercial contracts, transactional agreements, and reports and lawsuits. In 2018, they worked as a Legal Intern at Durán-Sindreu, where they reviewed and drafted commercial, banking, and data protection contracts in Spanish and English. In 2019, they were hired as a Legal Counsel at Applus+ IDIADA, where they drafted all types of commercial, technological, consortium, and data protection contracts in Spanish and English. In 2022, Elisenda Fabrega took on three roles: Head of Legal & DPO at Brickken, Lecturer of the program "Master in Blockchain and Crypto" at Nuclio Digital School, and Lecturer in the Project of Advanced Digital Technologies and Promotion of the Digital Economy at Centre Blockchain de Catalunya.
Elisenda Fabrega completed their Law Degree from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from 2012 to 2017. Elisenda then obtained a Double Master's Degree in Law & International Law, Foreign Trade and International Relations from ISDE in 2018. In 2020, they completed a Course in Legal Compliance from Il·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB). Elisenda is currently enrolled in a Course in Data Protection Officer Training (DPO) at ICAB, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they obtained a Master's Degree in Tax Advisory and Taxation from Tago estudios.
