RP Gill started their professional career as an Executive Engineer at Idea Cellular Ltd in 2000. They then worked as a Process Engineer at MTI Electronics from 2004 to 2005. After that, they joined Eureka Technocrats as a Senior Engineer from 2005 to 2006.
