Sydney Diaz

Sydney Diaz has a diverse background in talent advising and education. As a Lead Talent Advisor, Senior Talent Advisor, and Talent Advisor at Motion Recruitment, Sydney has developed expertise in recruitment and talent management. Previous experience includes roles as a coach at Orangetheory Fitness, a yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance, and an after-school instructor and trainer at Bricks 4 Kidz. Additionally, Sydney served as an academic advisor at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Orange Coast. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education Sciences from UC Irvine and completed studies at Norco College.
