Creative VR/AR Lead at BrickSimple LLC

M. Tate Pultro has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Freelance CG Artist at C-Ray Media in 2011, where they focused on modeling, texturing, and rigging tanker ships, industrial equipment, and buildings for simulations and advertising.

In 2012, Pultro worked as a Contract Environment Artist at Arb Studios LLC, where they developed concepts for new game levels and modeled the levels using approved concepts and existing assets. They also laid out UVs on a texture atlas for the game.

From 2013 to 2014, Pultro served as an Associate at Rite Aid before joining Video Game Parties as an Event Assistant and Freelance CG Artist from 2010 to 2014. In this role, they helped set up a laser tag battlefield, instructed players on operating guns, modeled real military-grade laser tag guns, and rendered turnaround videos.

Pultro worked as a Design Intern and later as a Creative VR/AR Lead at BrickSimple LLC, starting in 2014. Their responsibilities included visual design, user experience design, 3D modeling, environment design, animation, QA testing, and front-end web design for virtual and augmented reality applications.

In 2020, Pultro worked as an Information Technology Support Consultant at Dr. Stuart W. Rosan, Family Medicine. They handled tasks such as parsing and data entry for patient files, setting up and running electronic prescribing, and migrating patient information to a newer EHR solution.

From 2021 to 2022, Pultro was a Senior 3D Prop Artist at AGD, focusing on creating 3D props. They also worked as a Data Entry Specialist at PharmaReturns Inc., responsible for data entry.

Pultro's most recent role is as a Freelance 3D Artist at The Next Practice, where they 3D modeled, UV'd, and textured a medical start-up's product using AutoCAD data provided by the client.

In 2022, Pultro returned to BrickSimple LLC as a Creative VR/AR Lead, taking on similar responsibilities as their previous stint with the company.

M. Tate Pultro completed their high school education at Central Bucks HS-West in the years 2004 to 2007, obtaining their High School Diploma. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Video Game Art at Full Sail University from 2007 to 2009. Their educational journey continued at Philadelphia University, where they earned a Master's degree in Interactive Design and Media with a specialization in Game and Interactive Media Design from 2013 to 2015.
