Paul Theodore

Paul Theodore has extensive experience in the real estate industry. From 2016 to present, they have served as a Director at Digital Realty, where they oversee the operations of data center facilities in various countries, totaling 300 MW. Paul is responsible for managing a team of 20 individuals and generating an annual net operating income of approximately $350M AUD. Prior to this, they also worked as a Director at Digital Realty, managing data center properties in multiple US states, with a total capacity of 350 MW and generating an annual net operating income of approximately $520M. Prior to their roles at Digital Realty, Paul worked at The RMR Group as a Vice President, where they managed a portfolio of industrial and commercial assets across Australia, with a team of 15 individuals. Paul also held the role of Area Director in the Southwest Region of California, where they successfully increased portfolio occupancy from 78% to 90% in 18 months. In addition to their work at Digital Realty and The RMR Group, Paul has also held the position of Responsible Manager/Key Person at BrickX.

Paul Theodore has a Bachelor's Degree in Property from RMIT University. Paul also holds a Post Graduate in Applied Finance & Investment degree with a specialization in Portfolio Management from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).
